The Eastern Shore Intensive Wrestling Club is committed to training and mentoring the student-athletes year round to reach their individual excellence in the sport of wrestling. The goal is to build solid technique and competitive mental composure that will enhance a wrestler’s success at any level. The instruction is comprehensive and geared toward establishing and building a strong foundation and systematic approach of wrestling techniques, drills, conditioning and mental preparation.  This building of an “expected standard” of training every practice session will instill in our wrestlers that success does not come by chance, but through preparation and hard work.  Small classes  ensure quality instruction with well-matched workout partners. We stress the importance of competing with character and dignity.

The Eastern Shore Intensive Wrestling Club Director Keith Tobin is a Bronze Certified Coach, and has been an active member coach within the MSWA and MJWL since 1997. He has played a key role as a technical instructor, and mentor, to State and National Championship Athletes.

The Eastern Shore Intensive Wrestling Club has been endorsed by The Maryland State Wrestling Association (MSWA) Youth Director, Bill Hendrix
